You don’t have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people. Just because you see some very fit members coming through our doors doesn’t mean they all started that way.

CrossFit workouts are designed to be short, sweet, and scalable to any fitness level. CrossFitters recognize that not everyone is an elite athlete. Everyone is welcome in our community. All a person needs is a little coaching, determination, dedication, and heart. With these ingredients, CrossFit can help anyone reach their fitness goals!
