3 Minutes of double under Practice – have fun with this

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In a 3-minute window, see how far up you can get on a ladder of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 etc. UB (unbroken) Double/Single unders (you cannot skip any sets and must stop between sets)

Score = point on the ladder

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

200m Sprint

25 Jumping Squats

Rest 2 minutes before moving onto the next AMRAP

10 Wall Balls

2 lengths Bear Crawl

Rest 2 mins then go back to the first AMRAP and work through again
