Min 1 – 6/9 Cal Row & 12 Air Squats

Min 2 – 25 Kettle Bell Swings

Min 3 – 8 Wall Balls & 5 Down Ups

Min 4 – 6/9 Cal Bike

Min 5 – Farmer walk, 2 lengths of rig
The farmers walk should be light-ish and be used as a slight rest but to keep your heart rate up!

Emoms are great for endurance, cardio, strength, improves technique and also effective for burning fat!
