1 length broad jumps

10 sit ups

10 pvc pipe thrusters

10 lunges



Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

E2MOM for 30 Mins

(Every 2 mins)

– Row 400 meters

– 20 wall balls & 20 sit ups

– 40 Plate hops & 20 plate OH lunges
If you think this is too hard to maintain find a lower (hard but achievable) number and stick to it
