CrossFit Hull – Boot Camp

Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds

200m Run

10 air squats

5 press ups

10 lunges



Metcon (No Measure)

In Teams of 3 (Complete all stations as a circuit)

5 Minutes each station

1- Partner 1 10/8 Cal Bike Sprints (Partner 2 hold plank, Partner 3 resting, then switch when calories have been completed)

2- Partner 1 Farmers Walk (Partner 2 does KB Swings until partner 1 returns. Partner 3 resting)

3- Tire flips (2 flip heavy one, 1 flip light one. Swap as needed)

4- Partner 1 5 Over unders at a time each (Partner 2 to hold a 10/15kg plate OH, Partner 3 resting)

5 – Partner 1 Sled pull ( Partner 2 running alongside person who is sled pulling, Partner 3 resting)
