10 Squats with 5kg Plate

10 Climber Taps

10 Supine Twist

Stretch Hips & Shoulders



Metcon (No Measure)

4×5 Minute AMRAPS in pairs

1 Minute rest between each AMRAP

1- Max Burpees, (Partner 1 will hold Plate above head whilst partner 2 is doing Burpees)

2-Max Goblet Squats DB (Partner will hold bottom of an air squat)

3- Max Box Jumps (Partner will hold Plank)

4- Max KB Swings (Partner will hold 2xKB)
Split reps as you see fit.
