More and more crossfit competitions are adding these in. This is a chance for you guys to practice. If you have no wish to ever do a competition thats great, just have some fun cause who doesn’t want to be able to walk on their hands?

RX must be RING muscle ups.

Scale ring muscle ups to

5 bar muscle ups (not RX)

5-10 C2B or pull up/banded pull up

15 jumping pull up

We can add this in your notes for next time.
This is the second Linchpin test wod we have done recently. Thre are 12 in total aka “the dirty dozen” they cover a wide range of movements, reps and time domains and they a good indication of your OVERALL fitness.
