5 min barbell movement
Today is HEAVY, only go to a weight that form allows. Practice good movement and positions.
Squat Clean (work to a heavy single)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
10 min EMOM
0-1-2-3-4 perform 3 squat cleans at 70% of daily max
Minute 5 rest and change weights
6-7-8-9 perform 2 squat cleans at 80% of daily max
RX if you complete all reps in the alloted time at your true percentages.
