4 lengths bear crawl.

3 rounds of today complex using an empty bar, then gradually increase weight.

5 deadlift 60/42.5kg

4 hang power clean

3 front squats

2 thrusters

1 STOH

Score is slowest 2 rounds.
Barbell CANNOT be dropped until after each round! A dropped barbell mid set is a 10 DOWN UP penalty. Pick your weight wisely
