It could not be easier to get started
Getting started could not be easier; we have a few of options for you.
1) Sign up and come along to a free taster classes, these are available on any of our scheduled classes. Once you have completed the Free Taster, create an account and book onto our next fundaments class.
2) No need for a Taster?? Create an account and go straight into our Fundamentals course.
3) Do you have previous CrossFit experience? Book in with one of our coaches for you to demonstrate your movement standard, if we are happy then you can start the daily CrossFit classes. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
If you have never done CrossFit before, we ask that everyone complete our fundamentals course prior to joining. This consists of 6 parts where we go through our fundamental movements, familiarising you with techniques and how to move safely, movement standards and terminologies. We also cover an introduction to Olympic lifting.
Fundamentals are run in group sessions or via fast track 1-1.
Part 1 The Squat – air squat, front squat and overhead squat.
Part 2 The Press – shoulder press, push press and push jerk.
Part 3 The Pulling – deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull and medicine ball clean.
Part 4 Gymnastics – Pull ups, Ring Rows, Toes 2 Bar, muscle ups, Hand Stands
Part 5 The Kettle Bell & Rowing Technique
Part 6 Olympic lifting – Clean & Jerk and Snatch
Each session also covers some auxiliary movements and includes a workout at the end. All teaching is done with PVC pipe – no load.
You then have can access as many classes for the remaining calendar month before deciding on membership.
