10 plate GTOH

10 dislocats

3 min STRICT pulling EMOM

Shoulder activation between sets


Push Press (Build to a 1 rep MAX)

Dont get GREEDY. Small increases. Build up sensibly.

BE AGGRESSIVE with the drive up.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

2.30 min AMRAP

60/42.5kg STOH

2 min rest

2.30 min AMRAP

50/35kg STOH

2 min rest

2.30 min AMRAP

42.5/30kg STOH

Each time the bar is dropped perform 6 BAR OVER BURPEES.

Score is total STOH after the 3 rounds.
NO resting the bar anywhere but the front rack position.

Scale the weight appropriatly. You should be looking to get over 10 reps without dropping on your starting weight.
