AMRAP of burpee box overs 30 in

(hands can touch the box, both feet must touch the top of the box)

On zero then every 5 mins each athlete rolls the dice and performs their given task, then back to burpees till its time to roll again.

SCORE IS TOTAL TEAM BURPEE BOX JUMP OVERS.
