DO Not sprint. The idea is to rest and TRY to maintain a consistent pace across all 5 rounds
If you want to score, you score your slowest round.

Scaling options

AB or row should NO MORE than 1.45 mins.

Run should be no more than 2 mins.

Burpee box jumps under a minute.
