on 0, athlete 1 starts rowing. Athlete 2 and 3 roll the dice and do whatever they land on. Change the rower once you have completed your work.

15 KB swings

2 or 4 = 2 rounds

10 DB hang clean and jerk 22.5/15kg

20 alt lunges (no weight)

20 press ups

5 = 800m run

6 = 50 sit ups
