10 sit ups
3 min pulling EMOM, paused lunges between sets.
Back Squat (work to a 1 RM)
Dont worry if you dont hit your current max. As long as you are somewhere near you will be fine going into the next few weeks.
Wall Balls 20/14lb
20 min cap
Scale wall ball weight.
Scale T2B to either knee raise or leg drops.
