5 max height tuck jumps
10 plate raises
then barbell movement to warm up for power clean and jerks
Build to a heavy double Power Clean and jerk.
NO PAUSE IN THE CATCH POSITION YOU MUST GO STRAIGHT INTO THE JERK.
Barbell can be dropped after the first rep.
10-1 Clean and jerk burpee box jumps (Time)
Power clean and jerk @60/42.5kg
Burpee box jumps 24/20in
16 min time cap
Think intensity!!!! You may want to do the wod RX but we quarantee if you scale it and go faster it will benefit you more.
