5 max height squat jumps
10 plate GTOH
10 pvc good mornings (pvc pipe on the back maintaining 3 points of contact)
3 min pulling EMOM
stretch front rack position between sets
Power Clean (heavy single for the day)
BIG BANG (Time)
50 Power Cleans 85/60kg
8 min cap
Aim to keep moving, to get under the time cap you need to be doing 1 rep every 10 seconds. It will get heavy, maintain form and push hard.
This is a strength workout where fitness will come to play with the short time cap. To get under the cap guys 100+ women 72.5+, you can choose to RX without making these weights and see how far you get but you will benefit more from scaling back.
