3 min pulling EMOM, paused lunges between sets

Glute activation
The power cleans shouldnt be too heavy. Be realistic, 12 mins is a long time. We dont want you to get to the round of 6 and be stuck. Aim to keep moving throughout. As a guide to do this RX guys 1 rm of 100kg ladies 65kg.


Back Squat (4 x 10 @ 70%)


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

1 Box Jump 24/20in

1 Power Clean 70/50kg

2 Box Jump

2 Power Clean
