Weightlifting

Deadlift (8 @ 60% Every other minute)

5 rounds

min 1 – 8 Deadlift @ 60%

remaining time max press ups (not scored, just work hard)

min 2 – rest

repeat 5 times

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

T2B EMOM

min 1 – 10 T2B + 10 sit ups

min 2 – 40 DUs

repeat 5 times.

RX if you complete all 10 rounds T2B and sit ups within the minute, and all DUs
If you normally go knee raise, go outside your comfort zone and try high feet. aim to get your toes to eye level.

Scale to leg drops and sit ups if you don’t like hanging from the bar.
