Warm-up (No Measure)

10 shuttle runs down up at each end.

3 rounds

10 Plate GTOH

5 burpee onto plate

10 dislocates

3 min pulling EMOM, 12 -15 kip swings, KB deadlifts between sets
Today 2 EMOMs are working pulling. IF you cant do bar MU but and do C2b do that.

If you cant do C2B but can do pull ups your first round should be banded or ring row and your scond EMOM pull ups.

Think progression.


Deadlift (4 x 15 @ 45% MUST be TNG)

Every 3 mins perform your 15 touch n go reps plus 15 press ups.

A huge deadlift is impressive but we want you to get better at moving weight for reps as this benefits more during workouts.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

8 min EMOM

1 – 20 Box jumps 24/20in

2 – 12 Pull ups

2 mins rest
Taotal score of 8 rounds, RX if you complete as prescribed.

1 – 15/12 calories

2 – 5 bar MU
