If you dont have HSPU or cant do them without a plate under the mat, use this time to work technique or try getting your first one.

1 – 12 thrusters 35/25kg

2 – 12 KB OH squats 24/16kg (6 each arm)

3 – 12 Alt KB Snatch 24/16kg

4 – 12 C2B

RX if you complete all rounds and reps as prescribed. Total score of 20 rounds.
Look to go unbroken on the thrusters, scale OH squats to goblet squats.
