10 jumping air squat

3 min pushing EMOM

Lunges inbetween

5 min

Moving a barbell around


3 position clean (1-1-1)

15 mins to find heaviest

1. Squat clean

1. Low hang squat clean (below knee)

1. High hang squat clean

(Above the knee)

If you struggle with squat cleans, power clean then front squat!!!


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 min EMOM

Using 75% of above, perform a 3 position clean on the minute
