Pull-ups (4 minute AMRAP)

4 minutes to complete as many pull ups as possible. strict/kipping/butterfly. For those of you who managed pull ups last week in the open, lets carry on the good work and keep pushing with these reps. Scale to banded or tempo pull ups to gain strength. Arms fully extended at the bottom and chin over the bar at the top. ONLY COUNT GOOD REPS
