10 lunges with a twist

then

15 paused glute bridges, 15 dislocates and 10 hip cirles each side

Weightlifting

Back Squat (3 x 7 @ 75%)

4th set 7+ not scoring this set.

Look to go every 3 minutes.

12-15 bicep curls between sets.

Wall Sit Wednesday

5 rounds

30 second squat hold

12 Goblet squats 24/16kg

12 Jumping air squats

60 seconds rest.
BE STRICT WITH YOUR 30 SECOND HOLD AND YOUR 60 SECOND REST.

Hold the squat at PARALLEL.

Keep your legs moving on the goblets squats and make sure your feet are leaving the floor on the jumping air squats.
