Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
6 Min AMRAP
20 KB swings 24/16kg (Russian)
Death by burpee box jump (AMRAP – Rounds)
On minute 1
1 Burpee box jump 24/20in
2 burpee box jump
3 burpee box jump
and so on until failure, your score is the round you complete BEFORE failure.
FULL EXTENSION MUST BE MADE ON THE TOP OF THE BOX!!!!!!!!
Make sure you are comfortable with the box height and your legs are ready to jump each round.
