10 goblet squats 3 second pause in the bottom

10 scorpions


Squat Clean (1)

Work technique, maintain your back position, try not to let your bum raise first. Think fast elbows.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4 min AMRAP

Squat clean 80/55kg

2 min rest
If you struggle with squat cleans, go power clean then front squat

Hang squat clean 60/42.5kg

2 min rest
