Warm-up (No Measure)

5 lengths shuttle run

2 rounds

10 plate squats (arms out, chest up) with a pause

10 plate good mornings

10 single leg glute bridges


Back Squat (4 x 1 @ 90-95% then set 5, max reps)

If you have been fine with the squats try 95%, if you have struggled then stay with 90%

MAKE SURE you are getting FULL depth.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min AMRAP

15 Goblet Squats 24/16kg

9 T2B

1 min rest into
Scale weight and T2B to knee raise or leg drops.

Aim should be to around a round per minute or more! Scale appropriatly to keep the intensity.
